Cozy Renovated Oasis W Private Terrace & Parking

Fantastic holiday rental

Pros: We spent a week here over Christmas on holiday from the UK and could not have had a better place to stay. Ideal location for access to Victoria and surrounding areas. The house was decorated for the holidays and our hosts could not do enough to make our stay comfortable. The house is well equipped and has plenty of space for our family of 5. Bedrooms are all really comfortable, there is plenty of storage space. The kitchen is also well equipped - we could easily make Christmas dinner. We absolutely loved our stay

Cons: Very little. As others have mentioned, as there are units above this suite, you can hear the neighbours moving around but it's not really a problem.

A lovely clean comfortable space.

Pros: This was our second stay at this place. I liked the space and layout. Lots of room. Everything clean and well appointed. The beds and pillows were so comfertable. The big sectional couch was nice. We did a family get away with 6 people. There was lots of room and enjoyed staying there.

Cons: The driveway is steep and parking spot awkward to get into. We arrived and the Tennant was in our spot causing issues with unloading family and luggage. It was sorted out fairly quickly with very good communication with host.

Pros: It was very comfortable and clean, perfect place to relax in. Very enjoyable and in a nice quiet area, too

Cons: We didn't realise we were about 20 minutes out of downtown Victoria, but we should have researched more, but it was easy and fairly cheap enough, to get an uber, So that was down to us. We would have liked more instructions, etc. We only realised info was in a desk drawer as we were leaving. Shower wasn't easy to understand how to operate.

Wonderful View and Cozy Home

Pros: This place felt like a home away from home. It truly was a cozy little oasis. 6 of us (4 adults, 2 kids) stayed comfortably and had plenty of space. The view and neighborhood would wonderful. The large kitchen set up with necessary amenities was perfect, the couch was so comfortable and the decor is perfect. The in-house washer and dryer was an added bonus so we could wash our clothes during the week. The owner was kind, and quickly responded to any questions we had before, during and after our stay and it all just made our vacation to Victoria that much more wonderful. We would recommend this place for sure and would be happy to return on our next visit.

Cons: Nothing we didn't like, just be mindful when staying that their is a flight of stairs to go down to enter the home.

Beautiful basement suite with a view.

Pros: Basement suite with beautiful walk out and terrace. We bundled up to watch the sunrise one morning. We weren’t there much as it was just a place to crash for us but it was great. There was some sound transfer from the suite above ours that woke us up each morning but otherwise a great stay.

Cons: Ability to check in prior to 4 would have been nice but I understand they need time to clean such a big unit as well as they do.

perfect stay

Pros: great place, we felt like at home, kitchen has all utensils, coffee maker, toaster, all kitchenware, sharp knifes. clean towels, comfortable beds. it was perfect for our stay.

Wonderful stay!

Pros: The suite was clean, well equipped and decorating was lovely. Beds were comfy and a good supply of towels. There was upstairs tenants, but were mostly quiet.

Cons: Only suggestion would be a motion light on the dark outside stairs. We came back from a late dinner in the dark and rain. Stairs were scary. Also a small thing to share : it took four of us to figure out how to turn on the shower. With such a unique style a little note would have been nice.

A great short stay near Victoria

Pros: A great, spacious, well equipped property in a really good location to explore the Victoria area, with all the amenities required near by. We enjoyed a great 2 night stay here (family of 4 plus grandparents) when travelling down the island on our visit from the UK and would highly recommend this property. Arthur was a great host and was quick to respond when we had a query.

Cons: Unfortunately construction work nearby was noisy during our visit.

Excellent apartment.

Pros: This was probably the best equipped place I have stayed in. It was like a home from home. The location was good. A 20 minute drive from Victoria and conveniently located to access other parts of southern Vancouver Island.

Cons: The builders opposite us at the time of our stay.
