I would return if I'm in the area. My son Alex enjoy as well.

Pros: Everything was clean even if the rooms they don't have their own bathrooms, it is a share bathroom for each floor .Plenty of space in the common area and quiet.

Cons: A bit far from downtown Vancouver 45 min drive ,but I guess is just the Vancouver traffic.

Pros: Great for one night off the ferry before picking up RV. Clean and comfortable. Ted was very friendly and personable.

Cons: A bit dated and hard to work the shower (bath to shower hose). Beds are small but good for 1 night.

Pros: The property manager is very friendly, even gave us a ride to buy beers. The room is nice and clean , quiet as well. One more advantage I like is that it is really close to Tsawwassen Ferry(10mins driving).

Pros: This stay was 10/10 me and my friends were so happy with this place- Ted was so kind and so informative!!! 10/10 all around

Very quiet and peaceful place, with amazing staff.

Pros: If there were individual bathrooms it would be great in order to not have to wait. But in general, this is a wonderful place to spend quiet moments and reflect. Ted is an incredible, very friendly and professional manager who connects with customers so easily which make your stay even more enjoyable. I particularly liked the little notes in the bathroom explaining how to use stuff there.

Cons: Shared bathroom: This is probably the only problem.

Pros: Host was very nice, check-in was super easy and even though it's shared bathrooms there are so many that it feels like you have your own. Only 7 minutes from the ferry terminal so you can get a good sleep and get there early.

Budget friendly hotel alternative

Pros: We liked the location as we were heading to the ferry the morning after our arrival and it was only ten minutes away. Ted, the property manager, was very friendly and welcoming. It was quiet, so we slept well. The room we had was adequate size, offering a double bed and a cabinet on which you could store your suitcase. It was far less expensive than a hotel.

Cons: There are some things that could be updated throughout, particularly in the bathroom. The shared spaces were nice - kitchen, living room, etc - it would have been nice to have things like paper towels or napkins in the kitchen. Also, maybe a few inexpensive plates or bowls would be nice. These are just minor suggestions to consider that would improve a guest's stay.

Amazing Location and Kind Manager

Pros: The villa was in a perfect location, close to the ferry terminal, which was very convenient. The garden was beautiful, and the manager was very kind and quick to help whenever we needed anything.
