Dumfries Guest Room in Vancouver

The room is great value for money and May is very hospitable.

Pros: The value for money was great - especially as there was no one else in the other room for one night meaning I had the place to myself.

Cons: If you are planning to spend time in the room then it may be slightly uncomfortable with other people staying there. Noise travels from upstairs, mainly footsteps, but not enough to cause issues.

We really love this cozy place. We will definitely come back if we will visit Vancouver again.

Pros: We especially like there are washer and dryer in the unit. The owner includes laundry detergent. It was very convenient to do our laundry before we left the unit. There are plenty of coffee to use for the coffee maker. The place is very close by all amenities. The owner, May, also show us where to find yummy Chinese rice flour rolls. The place has no air conditioning, but it is cool enough with all windows open and there are fans in the room to use.

Cons: It can be noisy in the evening as windows are opened.

Outstanding!

Pros: I loved staying there! Everything was brand new and spotless clean. Mei was super nice, if I needed anything she brought it right away. The location was great, 5 miles from downtown. I had a car and there was free parking on the street right in front of the house the whole time. The residential neighborhood was wonderful and safe. And as an added bonus, there was a great soccer field walking distance from there. My kid is a serious MLS Next soccer player and he was able to practice every day, he said the field was superb, and he is picky about that.

Pros: A casa é linda, tudo novo e limpinho! May foi bem atenciosa e prestativa. Super recomendo e queria ter ficado mais tempo lá. Me senti em casa!

Cons: O único problema é que a casa não tem muito isolamento acústico, então é possível escutar a movimentação na casa de cima e no quarto ao lado quando tem outros hóspedes. Quanto a localização, não tem muitas opções de estabelecimentos próximos, mas é de fácil acesso ao centro.

Nice East Van spot

Pros: Really really easy to find and access, and the coffee machine is ready to go.

Cons: The bed did not have a flat sheet, only a comforter

Pros: Found this place on short notice for a great deal and it did not disappoint. The location is very convenient and everything inside was clean and like new. Owner is nice and accommodating to my requests. Easy to find parking on the street. Love the free coffee. Thanks!

Pros: レンタルルームでは冷蔵庫、ストーブ、洗濯機などがあり、それをいつでも利用できたこと。宿のロケーションが公園のそばで、歩いて散歩できる距離だった。

Cons: ベースメントなので、寝てる時に歩く音が聞こえたり、ベッドルームの壁はバスルームの水の流れる音が響いて寝れないこともあったこと。
