Great Value, Quiet and Cozy Place

Pros: It was a quiet and clean place, and the bed was comfortable, so we had a good night’s sleep. The host was very kind and welcoming.

Cons: The bathroom, kitchen, and living room were shared, and there were other travelers staying there. Because of that, it felt a little inconvenient for a family stay. However, it would be a good option for solo travelers or couples, and it’s definitely a great place for the price.

Beautiful, comfortable, spotless!

Pros: Lee maintains a beautiful and well-loved home. You could tell that she cares about an exceptional experience for her guests. A very comfortable and pleasant stay at Lee's. She was also kind enough to let us use the kitchen when we needed to. She was also very warm and welcoming.

We had a great stay and if we ever again in Vancouver we will consider Lee's place again.

Pros: Location was excellent: quiet residential street away from traffic noise. It is easily reached by public transport - we needed 1 transfer from SkyTrain to bus 41 from the airport. We were able to walk everywhere. Close by is Fraser street with plentiful ethnic eateries. Our room was large and comfortable, with enough storage place. There were 2 shared bathrooms to use so we did not have to wait long. Use of the kitchen was also greatly appreciated. Lee was very attentive and nice. She allowed us to leave our bags before chek in and after check out as we had a late night flight. I recommend this property for a budget stay in Vancouver.

Very clean house in pleasant neighbourhood

Pros: A very clean house and room in a very pleasant neighbourhood. A nice park around the corner and a long street with shops and restaurants nearby. The bed was also comfortable.

Cons: I have not seen the owner even once, while he/she lives there. No welcome, no how are you doing, no good beye. I find that very odd.

Highly recommended

Pros: Our host went out of her way to accommodate for our needs. The house was very clean and we liked the furniture very much. There is a bus stop very close which brings you to downtown.

Cons: Only bath towels are provided. Hand towels would have been nice.
