Responsive staff, close to everything needed including airport but without the noise.

Pros: We were upgraded without asking and had a great kitchenette that we could use. A good stop to get ready for our cruise the next day.

Cons: Pillows were unusual fortunately we had our own anyway

Pros: Location was good as a starting point for heading north.

Cons: No plain English Breakfast tea available so got 2 tea bags from Denny’s and was changed $11 plus dollars.

Overall, our stay was good.

Pros: Breakfast at Denny’s was great. Location was perfect as was only a 3 minute walk to the Mall.

Cons: Hottub wasn’t working and steps leading into the pool were not safe. Bathroom didn’t have a bathtub!

Directions provided by Booking.com to the hotel are misleading and need to be amended.

Pros: Our room was very clean. Our only complaint was when they refreshed our room they did not leave us any towels so we had to go to the front desk to get clean ones as there was no one available to send clean towels to our room.

Cons: One of the front desk staff was assisting my husband with directions as we do not know the city. The General Manager rudely interrupted his conversation, was very condescending and was very loud. He did not enquire as to why the young lady was help us just that he was the GM and making his voice heard all over the lobby. Not sure if he was trying to impress the lady with him or what but his customer service techniques need a lot of improvement. Other than that our stay was good.
