Sandman Hotel and Suites Abbotsford

Pros: Loved the suite layout and awesome kitchen. The take away coffee cups with lids is a nice touch. We spent the evening on the bakcony after enjoying the Aroma restaurant across the parking lot where we gir a 20% discount for staying at Sandman.

Cons: Took 1 hour to check in- I understand it was on time with the listed check in time, but 4pm is late by global standards

Premium price for an out of the way location

Pros: Lots of parking, decently appointed suite, could have used a few more provided basics in the kitchenette. The balcony was a nice option. Great water pressure. Overall space was large and homey.

Cons: Carpet and furniture needed a little added cleaning. Needed more cooking basics like tin foil and plastic wrap. Ppl don't want to go and buy comsuambles that they can't take with them while travelling.

Pros: Room was very clean and comfortable. King bed was comfy and cozy. Bathroom clean with good hot and cold water supply. Kitchen facilities were ample even though we didn't need them other than the coffee maker. The room was very quiet, no traffic or other tenant issues. All In all a very plesant experience.

Pros: Being upgraded to a suite.....what wasn't there to like? A very pleasant experience.

Pros: Everything we needed for coffee, tea and cooking our own meals. Laundry in suite.

Cons: No house coats, Ice machine out of order on our floor. But all around the room was great with everything we needed.

Pros: Value for money, great location, and a Denny's restaurant beside the hotel. The staff are all so friendly.

decent value for a work stay

Pros: easy parking, friendly accomodating staff, spacious room. Could use a few more towels upfront in a suite but everything was clean and tidy as expected

Cons: lamps were unplugged, tiny bar refrigerator sat on the ground, which is clearly made for a stand or shelf. No complimentary water in the room. Main TV was a little oddly placed but functional. I would be more concerned if there was a family staying in the room as it protudes out into walking space. You could tell the bathroom had, had water damage and maybe some other guest damage. For the amount of money a major chain pulls in, it would be nice tonsee this kind of stuff replaced or fixed properly and not just bandage repair approach. It screams cheapness and reflects poorly on the business like a bad landlord.
