The staff did work to rectify the situation and gave me some $ and taxes off due to my unhappiness.

Pros: I liked the openness of the room. The layout had flow and was spacious for the 4 of us, with a cot bed in the room.

Cons: I would have liked a clean the second day of our stay but it didn't happen for some reason.

As one of a large group staying at the hotel for a family wedding, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent. The menu contained a good variety of options and I really enjoyed the wrap.

Cons: As a person in his late eighties, I was surprised that there were no grab bars in the bathtub/shower. While personally still quite agile, others in the group were less so.

Worth the stay

Pros: We received a 10% discount for supper and a 25% discount for breakfast. Family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and workout room.

Cons: People in the hallway at 3 am being loud.

Pros: Our breakfast was good. The waitress could have been friendlier. Maybe she wasn't feeling well.

Pros: The bed was so comfortable and the pillows. The tub was amazing and had enough hot water to fill it. The robes were comfortable, not stiff and cheap. The shampoo was not mini bottles. The staff is kind and efficient.

Cons: I was disappointed I didn't receive my points because I booked at a discounted rate through booking.com it was still 200$ points should be awarded.
