comfortable and friendly.

Pros: This was a last minute booking as we had an emergency visit to the children's hospital. The hotel staff were really kind on our arrival and departure. It was all very easy. Room was wonderfully comfortable and much appreciated after such an awful day. Especially grateful for the gift left on our doorstep for the children. We didn't stay for breakfast.

Cons: Sign posts for the carpark were not clear from the road and with lots of construction work going on around the area, it was tricky to find parking.

Great value, modern hotel

Pros: Excellent value for price. Everything is very new, nice furnishings. The air feels very fresh inside, much less dry than other hotels in the area. Great temperature control. Good restaurant and gym. The staff were kind and attentive.

Pros: Very friendly staff, modern decor and facilities in the hotel and room, quiet and with a comfortable bed and linen. The shower design is very nice, the room layout and function is well considered and has a premium feel. Lots of little details. The University District is a great new area in the city.

Pros: Excellent and relative central location in the University District.

Cons: One of only 2 elevators in the hotel was out of service for 5 of the 7 days of our stay.

Pros: Loved the location, its away from downtown Calgary, but close enough for a cheap uber ride, and still plenty restaurants and cinema on the doorstep. The adjoining restaurant was pretty good too.

Comfortable n contented. Next time I visit Calgary, alt is definitely my choice again!

Pros: New, minimalist design, everything I need is there though, if not u can ask them to provide (like I needed a kettle for hot water). Sufficient lighting in the room. Spacious at the lobby.

Cons: No coffee shop (I know it’s coming 😍). Better if a luggage rack can be placed in the room as we had two big cases. Our bad back couldn’t easily access to the one placed on floor. Given so much space between the sofa n tv, that’s would be great if there is a small coffee table.
