Pros: A brilliant stay in Canmore. The check in process for basecamp is smooth and hassle free with the code they provide. The staff check up by message and see if everything’s okay! The great location and how easy it is to get into the center of town!

Spacious townhouse condo

Pros: Well organize self check-in, townhouse type condo with a full kitchen, spacious living area, powder room in the second bedroom make it easier for all, walking distance from downtown and groceries

Cons: Spa was closing on and off while we were there, make it difficult to find time to enjoy. Located on the railway track Could be definitely cleaner at our arrival

Spacious. Clean and right in the center of Canmore

Pros: The Basecamp resort was very nice, clean and had a lot of space. It had free parking and was right in the center of Canmore. We had a nice stay there. It had a fully eqipped kitchen, which was handy for our stay.

Cons: I realize that somethings are just timing but it was unfortunate that the hot tub was not working. I specifically booked because they had a hot tub. I was however given a discount for this. The location is prime in Canmore but it is right beside train tracks so it can be very loud if you have the windows open. The do supply ear plugs for this.

Good kitchen facilities near supermarket and restaurants

Pros: Kitchen facilities are good It is close to supermarket and restaurants

Cons: The door is facing the sideway and the window is facing the car park, we are on ground floor. So not much privacy and we need to close all curtains. The apartment is next to a train line but luckily trains are not running frequently

Pros: Nice location, neat and clean property. Recommended if people don't want to stay in Banff and need something close by. it's just 20 mins away from Banff.

Pros: Great location and lovely apartment. Staff were very responsive and helpful with all of our queries.

Great accommodation for Rocky trip

Pros: The location was great, everything was there like home

Cons: Cleaning. I don’t think they did vacuum in the washroom, kitchen and living room. We saw hairs everywhere

Pros: Great location. Nice and modern. Having the washer/dryer in our unit was excellent. Felt like home away from home.

Cons: Parking was a little tight for our larger vehicle.
