Pros: The pool and hot tub were very comfortable temperature and nice outdoor surroundings. Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable with a very nice mountain view.

Cons: I don't think I have any criticism.

Exception, amazing holiday experience !

Pros: Love the lodge and all the vibes. All the staff were above excellent and friendly, especially the manager who gave us an upgrade ! The room made our mother daughter experience all that more special !

Cons: Should be a sign by hot tub, slippery and icy when cold. Also 20 minute max at busy time. Unable to use hot tub Sunday morning.

Fantastic accommodation, cannot rate it highly enough.

Pros: Absolutely cannot fault this place. It is stunning. Staff were polite and welcoming, our rooms were brilliant with everything we needed. Clean, comfortable and a great location. Would highly recommend and will definately be looking to book again for a longer stay on a future trip.

Cons: Not really anything not to like! The only thing maybe is that its slightly further out of main downtown so a decent walk or car needed but we didn't mind the walk as it was such lovely weather when we were there.
