Pros: Pool and slide. Had it all to ourselves. Staff turned on the slide as soon as they saw us coming.

Cons: AC/Heat seemed a little dated, woke up too hot.

Pros: The room was spacious and clean. The pool was very fun for our children. Close to amenities in town. Staff was kind and helpful.

All in all it was a good stay. aside from no hot tub.

Pros: Breakfast was ok, I'm not a fan of carton eggs

Cons: I booked the facilities because it had a hot tub, but to my extreme disappointment I was told it wasn't in use when I checked in, This should be knowledge prior to booking. Apparently it won't be up and running until Christmas

Will there be a refund

Pros: Everything was great. They have great options for breakfast and it was super delicious.

Cons: We booked and paid for 2 nights from saturday until monday but during some unexpected emergency issues we had to check out on sunday, so we only stayed one night. The receptionist lady didn't mention any refund or anything. She didn't ask any questions at all. She just took the key card and said have a good night. I forgot to ask about the refund because i was in a hurry. So i would like to know if we should get it or not? Thank you in advance.

Pros: Dinner was good, but there was no choise. Just omelette and some fruits. No cheese, no fresh vegetables. For this price could be better ;-)

Pros: Staff are very friendly all smiles and worked hard Management was very nice and turned on the slide for our granddaughter Would return again!
