Always a great stay!!!

Pros: Size of room great and having fridge and microwave bonus.

Cons: In room bed was beside washroom so when someone went to bathroom light disturbed sleep. I do recall other rooms having this configuration but could be wrong.

Pros: The staff was great. we happened to be there the night of the corporate appreciation and it was great to be able to sit there in the room with the various people watching the Blue Jays game and having a drink and a nice meal. I think the room size is perfect and having a microwave a fridge a sink a coffee maker right there is a bonus.

Cons: The only comment I can be negative about was the pillows were uncomfortable. I guess the other thing I can comment on was maybe ensuring that the clock radio is not set on an alarm as we didn't do that and the alarm went off at 3:00 in the morning. Lol

An unexpectedly classy hotel in the north country!

Pros: The breakfast was well rounded. The hotel was well appointed and immaculate.

Overall it was good, clean, quiet and the price was reasonable for time of year.

Pros: Liked the size of the room, kitchenette, A/C, comfortable beds, location, free parking, close to shopping, friendly staff, good breakfast, and cleanliness. Liked I got most of what I requested when I booked. I did ask for a room on the non-road side, so facing parking lot and it was very quiet.

Cons: Bed or mattress was noisy when just moving around on same while sleeping. Did not like I could not pay for my room upfront in cash because of their computer system would not allow until you stayed all your days, never had that happen before - need to change that! Breakfast was good with hot food but if your there more than 2 days and we were there for 6 days would have been nice to have something else - change up your breakfast please! Had a co-traveler who booked her room and when she arrived her room was not booked, thankfully she got a room on same floor as us but not an adjoining room.

Comfortable and a high standard of Hotel

Pros: Everything was very good. Bed, bedding, comfort of the room and the staff were happy and helpful.

Cons: N/a

Pros: It was clean, beautiful and everything looked new. Breakfast was standard, fresh and looked good but it was not entirely clear why to put fake eggs and pastries, but everything else was on top, I would have stopped here again.

Pros: Wonderful hotel best of 7 on our alberta bc vacation. Rooms were large particularly my accessible room. Each room had 2 complimentary bottles of water and chocolates,a full size refrigerator and coffee machine. Large breakfast area with better than average breakfast. Lucky on Tuesdays customer appreciation includes free food and wine or beer. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in grande prairie

Pros: The staff were very friendly and having a hot breakfast in the morning was a really nice way to start your day. We had a very nice size room that had a microwave, a fridge, which is always a bonus. It also had a nice working area if you were on a business trip and needed to do work.The bed was comfortable along with just the right amount of comfortable bedding. Loved the large shower.

Cons: The only negative was that the room was facing the roadway and it was very noisy. Next time, and there will be a next time, we will ask for a room on the parking lot side.

Pros: The room was so spacious with a full sized fridge.
