Pros: Super clean and quiet. The food at the restaurant was amazing. Lots of delicious options. Also loved having the option of ordering room service the night before by simply filling out a checklist. Out food arrived exactly on time in the morning. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of countertop space. The general family room was a great place for our older children to hang out and meet other tweenies.

Pros: It is clean and quiet. The restaurant was pretty good

Cons: We had picked th hotel for the airport shuttle but they did not have a shuttle for the early morning flight so keep that in mind if you are booking there for that reason.

Pros: The staff was so helpful and nice. Kristoff was happy to help us with our late check in and was smiling and made us feel like we were at home.

I will come back

Pros: I loved the location closer to beaverlodge then most hotels, parking was a little challenging as it was a weekend and the north has lots of big trucks !!

Cons: My bed was too soft for my liking ~ comfortable and clean though. The prime rib dinner was a great price but not excellent in quality. Beef was tough and veggies were hard to cut and chew. Breakfast delivery however, oatmeal with raisins and pecans and a large starbucks cafe latte were fabulous, top notch !!

Pros: the hotel was near our grand son place to visit, close to stores, walking distance it was nice .

Birthday bliss

Pros: We often stay here ... and came back for a birthday celebration. it's a great location altho the summer rates are quite a bit higher. The beds and bedding are sublime and its always clean. This time we didn't eat from the restaurant as we disappointed to notice that the menu had gone so mainstream 🙄.

Cons: Check-in staff weren't very friendly or welcoming. They should realize what a difference this makes to guests at your hotel.

Excellent Experience

Pros: Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Had a taxi waiting to take me to the airport as per my request. The room was spotless, as was the rest of the hotel. I will definitely be booking a room next time I fly out of Grande Prairie.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, great value for the money.

Pros: We ate at the restaurant 3 times during our stay and all 3 meals were excellent. The proximity to hwy 43 was perfect for getting in and out of town.

Cons: We looked for a wifi password in our room but couldn't find one.

Pros: Lovely hotel, underground parking was very helpful.
