Billing issues

Pros: Location to city perimeter + comfortable size room for business.

Cons: Being billed for ENTIRE stay up front. This the first & only time it has occurred @ a Sheraton stay. (So PLEASE don't train your people that it is POLICY !!)

Pros: Very friendly and accomodating staff. Excellent facilities. Lots of well lit parking. Enjoyed my stay & will be back in the future.

Pros: Staff was super friendly. Restaurant was nice. Rooms were clean and cozy, nice spacious clean bathroom.

Cons: Restaurant didn't have any vegan options for breakfast other than hash browns and fruit. Still good tho

Pros: Cleanliness. Quiet. Surrounded by shopping and eateries. Comfortable bed. Free parking. Friendly staff. Safe location. An overall pleasant experience.

Cons: The TV was weird. I think someone else could control my TV. I kept turning it on and it would turn off. I would change the channel and it would change to something else. I just gave up and watched stuff on my laptop.

Great experience

Pros: Good easy location just off the highway, clean rooms, nice staff! Pool was warm, hottub was super hot!

Cons: The table/desk looked pretty old and pretty scraped up and beat up looking, figured there would be a bit newer stuff in better condition for the nightly cost. Pool wasn’t really worth going to, no slide or floaties for kids so my son didn’t even want to go to the pool unfortunately
