Exceptionally Clean Rooms!

Pros: The hotel room was exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Cons: Unfortunately the air conditioning didn't keep the room cool enough; however, it was +34°C outside. We couldn't get the room temperature below 25°C which was much too hot for me.

Pros: I liked how clean the hotel was staff was very friendly.

Cons: I didn't like that the pool never had any staff coming in and checking on the pool while guests were there, just to make sure that the were obeying the rules cause while I would go there at night time kids were picking each other up throwing them in the pool and some adults brought beer down while in the hot tub, also I didn't like that there was a train track near the hotel. The only other thing I was disappointed about was they should have offered a continental breakfast.

Pros: The staff was excellent especially Rochelle at the front desk, we had a concern with the queen bed being too small to sleep our new baby and two adults. She came up with an acceptable solution that was over and above our expectations.

Cons: Extra chair in the room would be nice

Pros: Location, staff was amazing to deal with. Very clean and quiet

Cons: Being woken at 4 am from a staff member delivering hotel receipt. Knocked on the door while slipping under the door waking me up

Comfortable and great location!

Pros: Second floor - out of all the rooms I've booked a year ago, I received the same room. I'm pretty sure it is AI that did that but I like to try other rooms. Really enjoyed the shower!

Pros: I will definitely be coming back as I come to GP regularly to visit my daughter and I do wish because of the train right behind us that I wasn’t charged the extra for the double room but I will definitely be returning though. Everything was great. I love that you even had earplugs there. The front desk and staff were amazing!

Pros: Everything is always exceptional when we stay at sandman. That is why we always choose to stay there

Comfortable and nice pool.

Pros: The facilities are new. The room was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the pool and the gym. Staff were friendly.

Cons: We were woken up by the fire alarm at 6 am. We were told someone had pulled the alarm on purpose. Not the hotel's fault. They did make a $20 discount because of that.

Reliable and comfortable place with fantastic showers.

Pros: Always clean and the showers are lovely when we are stopping in on the way home from working the wildfires in Northeast BC.

Cons: The only thing that could be improved is that the common areas were quite hot. Understandable given the outside temperature and my only critism.
