Pros: Great room... Renovation is happening, so many deficiencies are understanding.... Its a great place, at a reasonable rate... ill be staying here whenever im in Harrison lake.... they have earned my business, and my loyalty for the great efforts to make me come back to them, and making my stays perfect... Thank you for a really great place to visit. .

Cons: You could put a couple extra bars of soap in the bathroom... all else was stellar

Pros: Location was great. Steps away from the pub. A nice pizza joint beside hotel too.

Pros: I sent my daughter there with her husband for their wedding anniversary .she said it was absolutely the best ,she couldn't say enough good things about the hotel .and that she will never go back to the Harrison hot springs hotel again .she said your hotel will always be first choice from now on .thank you for making my daughters stay a memorable one .I really appreciate it , Elizabeth gillis , my daughters name was Ashley macneil

Lovely hotel in a gorgeous location, definitely recommend.

Pros: Lovely rooms, very clean and comfortable beds. Good showers. Easy parking.

Cons: Nothing really

Pros: The location is fantastic. Towels and bedsheets are like new. It is a great value for money.

Cons: The property is run down. Some more attention to detail would be great when it comes to cleaning the rooms.

I would stay here again solely based on price

Pros: our room overlooked the court yard which was nice. The room itself was nice and quiet. for what we paid for it in Harrison I cannot really complain too much. The fishes were nice to watch swimming around in the pond

Cons: The walkways into the court yard were filled with items from the rooms. I was a mess and not very nice for the guest to have to walk by. The additional breakfast was to much money for what you got

Pros: Staff was great, worked well with my arrival time. Very inviting. The place was clean. Great location. Beautiful surroundings. Price was amazing. Definitely will stay again.

Cons: Some upgrades could be done to paint, bathroom. But overall was amazing and clean.

short stay in a cute room steps away from Harrison lake

Pros: honestly, we didn't get to spend a lot of time here as we were delayed (flight) but it is such a cute place. the room was comfortable and we had a good time.

Cons: the ceiling tiles on the bathroom kept flying up when you opened the bathroom door haha. it wasn't bad, just unexpected

Pros: Easy access to this hotel. An older hotel yet very clean and quiet. Underground secure parking included. The staff was very helpful. This hotel is near several restaurants and walking distance from parks and lake.
