Pros: The suite was exceptionally clean and inviting. The attention to detail in the cleanliness was truly impressive. The room exuded a sense of comfort and tranquility, making it an ideal place to unwind. The cleanliness of the suite was evident in every corner, ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests. It was a pleasure to experience such a spotless environment, which added to the overall satisfaction of our visit.

Cons: I have found that the sofa bed is quite lumpy and uncomfortable. It would be most beneficial to replace it with a memory foam mattress. A lumpy mattress can significantly impact the comfort of the sofa bed, making it an unsuitable choice. I highly recommend considering this change to ensure a more pleasant experience for anyone using the sofa bed. This upgrade would greatly improve the overall quality of anyone's stay.

The stay was excellent.

Pros: The hotel, having recently opening, presented itself as new and impeccably clean. The room was clean, and it was very convenient because there was a small kitchen facility. It offered a 24-hour gym, as well as the availability of a outside swimming pool and hot tub. The presence of a facility adjacent to the reception, offering easy access to buy beverages and other necessities, was also a welcome feature. Furthermore, the breakfast service was well-appointed, and the staff demonstrated exceptional kindness.

Cons: The location was not ideal, but given that it is a small town, the travel time was not extensive. The room we were assigned was situated next the emergency exit, and the sound of the door closing was quite noticeable as guests passed by. It appeared that a significant number of guests who smoke were utilizing that exit, often late into the night. Additionally, while not directly related to the hotel, a strong fertilizer scent in the vicinity of the chiliwok made it challenging to fully enjoy the outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. Furthermore, the television in our room was not functioning properly, and despite contacting a staff member for assistance, it could not be repaired(got $10 credit)

Would recommend the hotel, staff, and beds. Would not recommend the breakfast

Pros: This was the perfect location for us as we were working nearby. The bed was super comfy and the room was very clean and well equipped.

Cons: Disappointed by the breakfast. Aside from its blandness, I don’t think a hotel should be using paper plates and wooden cutlery.

A good peaceful rest stopover.

Pros: The breakfast was quite good but a little crowded. The air conditioners were a much welcomed addition. The hotel was easy to find and close to shops and where we needed to be .

Cons: Sad that the pool was not ready for use when we were there.

Pros: Very clean, accommodating. Staff was amazing. Would’ve loved to be able to utilize the pool, but didn’t have the chance.

Cons: Would’ve been better to have an option to swim ‘indoors’. Love the idea of a heated pool, but with that also have concerns.

Pros: Breakfast was great! The facilities were just awesome. Staff very helpful and friendly. Everything was brandnew so was still sparkling. Lots of seating space in the breakfast room.
