Coast Hinton Hotel

Pros: Hinton was exactly half way on our journey so the location was excellent.

Cons: There was only one usb port (bedside lamp).and it wasn't working. The breakfast was a bit limited. There were no muffins, bagels, pancakes, or hard boiled eggs; just toast, cereal, yoghurt, hash browns, and.some sausage products. We were there for the night of Dec 31/Jan 1, which is an odd time to be travelling, so that might have had something to do with the scaled down breakfast options.

It was a great place to stop for the evening and night.

Pros: Breakfast was good. We had the king suite with spa. Everything was good. The breakfast was good.

Well maintained clean & spacious rooms

Pros: Spacious rooms. Very clean. Quiet. Starbucks Verona in the room. Very lovely stay.

Cons: Can hear street noise from highway facing room

Pros: Clean, friendly good , breakfast. Bed was comfortable once you got into it

Cons: Very noisy, inside and out. Towels were thin like cleaning rags. Bed was very high. Hard to get in but was comfortable once you are in. Either the light over table didn't work or we couldn't find the switch

Pros: Friendly staff, comfortable room. Breakfast adequate.

Cons: Location a little away from good restaurants. Perhaps just the nature of the city. Breakfast attempts to compete with other restaurants. A full breakfast but seems prepackaged. A better simple breakfast would serve. But full credit for effort.

The hotel accommodated my rush through Hinton and fitted my personal needs

Pros: Comfy bed. Staff were helpful. Bedroom was not noisy. Excellent assistance in the breakfast room.

Good hotel for one night

Pros: Nice to have breakfast included. Good tea and fresh fruit

Cons: Breakfast wasn’t too great, and was so busy that it was hard to find a seat. Food wasn’t very warm

Very good stay on the Yellowhead.

Pros: Bathroom was great, good quality bath products were supplied. Products were easily accessible when you were taking a bath. Adjacent Korean restaurant was good and very convenient.

Cons: Didn't appreciate having to ask the front desk for decaf coffee and make my decaf coffee in my room and take it down to the breakfast room since it's not provided there. Many people cannot tolerate caffeine. When I have guests in my home I provide them with both decaf and regular coffee at breakfast. I expect a good hotel to do the same.

Pros: The check in process was excellent. The staff were friendly.

Cons: Did not like the area that breakfast was served nor the fact you couldn't take the food back up to your room to eat when the eating area was full. Was told to come back later.
