Pros: The staff were so accommodating, I was doing business errands early morning and my son was sleeping in the hotel. He didnt wake up to my few phone calls so the staff went in and made sure he was okay. Amazing service

Cons: Pool and hotub were not working but I was tool by a new employee prior to arriving that it was working.

The best in Hinton

Pros: The hotel is v clean and modern. The pool & hot tub were installed but not quite ready for use when were there ( end of September 25) but looked very smart. Reception staff v professional & helpful ( esp young lady called Navendeep (?)

Pros: I've traveled with a lot of places stayed in Vegas budget hotels and this one was over the top, better than most hotels that ever stayed in it I would definitely recommend, next time I visit my daughter in Internet and spend some time in Jasper this will be the place I'll stay

Pros: Comfortable bed, updated decor, quiet, good AC. Breakfast was pretty standard but okay.

Cons: It's an older hotel that has been updated. Generally nice but still some signs it is older. I got a reasonable price but tried to book again for another stay and price was much higher - not sure it is worth that much

Lovely stay at Velora Hinton

Pros: Extremely clean and beautiful room. Beautifully furnished and updated. Very impressed. The staff was very helpful. Highly recommend.

Pros: Breakfast was normal continental breakfast - it was fine. Room was lovely and VERY clean. Had a new kitchenette which was great. Bathroom small - but didn't matter as overall room was perfect for what we needed.
