Best Western Plus Hinton Inn & Suites

Pros: it was clean and comfortable. They understood our request very well and accommodating. pool was extremely clean. Only problem we had was we found a cloth that as hidden behind the furniture. Breakfast was one of the best complimentary breakfast we had.

Cons: all good except it was bit further from Jasper. but not too far to make things difficult

Amazing hotel, with great amenities and very clean. The service was also great!

Pros: The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast selection was amazing, very organized and clean. The service was fantastic I was in need of some Tylenol and the front desk went above and beyond to get it for me.

Cons: There was a smell in the hallway like sewer and it was getting in the room.

Pros: Very clean, almost spotless. Decor is modern. Bed, pillow, sofa are comfortable. My suite I booked is quite big in comparison to many hotel of similar grade, and kitchen cabinet are modern, clean and new. Frying pan is almost new and no scratch. Breakfast is good and very sufficient till close. I like the coffee machine in the lobby that you can get a coffee anytime. I will book again if I come to Hinton.

Cons: Washing machine used dish detergent?

Pros: Comfy beds, continental breakfast 😋 pool and hot tub and nice weight / room

We had a pleasant stay.

Pros: The breakfast was quite good. The pool and gym were good.

Cons: It was too remote to walk anywhere.

Pros: Good location near Jasper National park. Very cozy and space room, friendly and responsive staff, coffee machine at the breakfast area with free access

Cons: Unsuccessful solution for shower door - water turns out on the floor, absence of bathrobe for pool, lack of ceiling light in the room

Big room with super comfy beds but a few flaws

Pros: Big spacious room with super comfy beds and a sofa. The bathroom was nice with good pressure shower. The little kitchenette served us well for a few basic cooked meals, with most of the necessities. Staff were super friendly and accommodating, too.

Cons: Despite being a room for four people, the dining room table only had three chairs, so it was a bit tricky when cooking for ourselves. Additionally, the kitchenette was missing a few fundamentals, including a kettle. The included breakfast was very chaotic, with limited seating availability.

A very comfortable and friendly stay, with great breakfast

Pros: Great room for family with 3 double beds. Nice bath. Good breakfast, with lots of choice. Evening meal was great. Helpful and friendly staff

Pros: Great as usual. Our second stay and the hotel doesn't disappoint. Rooms, bathroom and staff are all great. Breakfast was included in our stay and had plenty of options. Great size pool and hot tub. Wish the local cat could be still around.

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like.

Pros: That it was close enough to the mountains to see them but cheaper than staying in the mountains
