Amazing staff in an amazing place

Pros: We had booked into the hotel, and when we arrived, the most amazing Dinuka explained that we had booked a room on the side of the hotel that faces the train - she upgraded our room to the other side of the hotel that looked out over the park and river - amazing. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable.

Cons: Maintenance was being done on the hot tub, which wasn't idea,l but we were told that we could use the one down the road at the YMCA and it would be charged to the hotel.

Lovely hotel but get a room overlooking the park due to train noise.

Pros: New and clean. Rooms were spacious. Very convenient for the ice rink.

Cons: The noise from the trains.

Pros: Nice view (park side), very friendly staff, good parking facilities, good in-house restaurants with great food

Cons: The airco was too loud and the windows were very dirty

Pros: The room was nice and big and the bed was very comfortable. The bed chesterfield in our room was very comfortable as a couch. Parking was easy. Being so near the park and downtown and being able to walk to a grocery and drug store added to the positive experience.
