Great value for the money

Pros: nice little hotel near downtown Kamloops. The lobby has a little store where you can buy snacks, drinks, beer, wine and soup. Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a games room with air hockey and a pool table, as well as board games and a TV with netflix.

Cons: room insulation isn't the best.. could hear the people in the next room sneezing and snoring.

Great place but....needs some small changes

Pros: I had an end room in the annex across the road . Nice kitchen ,dining area and separate bedroom. Nice view of the mountain. The room was super clean and looked newly painted. I would definitely rent this again but only if I have a car as the bus is infrequent.

Cons: It was noisy from the road. If they remove the air conditioners in the winter you could at least shut the windows and that would eliminate the noise. There was only one fork ,one spoon, one knife.one normal sized plate. No dish cloth, no dish towel, no paper towels. The fridge opened the opposite way it should so it was awkward to use. All of these things could be rectified easily. The door outside and the window was very dirty. The chair outside was too dirty to use. The carpet outside was filthy. So it was not a nice welcome although the inside was very clean. You also need to put the clothes hanger in the bedroom, not the living room. A table lamp in the living area would be a great addition. All petty stuff I'm commenting on, but it all adds up.

Pros: This is a hidden gem. I have traveled all over the world and this is the best value for your dollar.

Pros: The location is great with lovely views. The room was pristine clean, cozy, and stocked with quality washroom products. I really appreciated the oven and fridge essentials-perfect for a pit stop on a long road trip. The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. Overall, a very nice place to stay, I’d definitely go back

Pros: Wonderful place. They have recreation/game room with big TV and variety of games. Clean and comfortable.

Comfortable no-nonsense pet-friendly place to stay.

Pros: I've stayed here many times so knew what i was getting. It is comfortable and good for getting out with the dog.

Cons: Starlings nesting in the outside of the air conditioner - but the dog found them very fascinating, so maybe it was just doggy-TV? TV didn't work the first night, was fixed by a staff person the second night.

Pros: I have been staying there every week with my husband and dog. Very good value. Always clean and well run. I especially like having a table and chairs in the room.

Pros: It was all good. It was a brief stay as I was catching a plane at the airport very, very early in the morning. If I was staying longer I'd probably want to stay in more natural surroundings or I would have paid more attention to what conveniences were available around me but worked out well for what I needed on this particular trip. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly.
