Great value, wonderful staff.

Pros: Great location, fantastic staff. The beds are comfortable and the linens were nice. The 2 double bed rooms on the main floor are quite small so best for families. The coffee was good but the breakfast options were limited but again, good for families with children. Very good value and I would definitely recommend and return. Thank you.

Cons: The room was quite small but functional. I would have liked something fresh for breakfast but the available options like waffles and yogurt would be a hit with kids.

It was awesome and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Pros: The staff was AMAZING and did everything they could to help me out when I was in a day to day situation. They all really accommodated me and I'm so grateful for their kindness.

Cons: The parking lot and exterior walkways outside of the rooms need a good power wash and sweeping.

I would recommend this property to other travellers, as the value for money is sound.

Pros: Easy access to my vehicle. Comfortable bed. Fridge and microwave. Nice little patio which was not expected, and a bit of a view of the moountains around Kamloops. For the money, it was well worth the stay.

Cons: Only thing was there was no coffee maker, but the facility is close to many, many good places to get coffee, so no biggie. Other than that, it was great.

It had a jacuzzi tub

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. The room had a jacuzzi tub!

Cons: Tv remote was a bit finicky, may have been low battery

It was really good.

Pros: Breakfast was good. More than enough while travelling.

Cons: Ac kept switching off and on sporadically, that was a bit of an inconvenience.

Great room for the value!

Pros: Good location, nice clean room that was just right for our stopover, working AC, very nice staff

Cons: The bed was very high off the ground and had a creaky wood frame. The water temperature fluctuated from hot to cold while we showered.

Pros: The place was clean and tidy. AC worked great which was lovely during the heat wave we were there. The breakfast is just small things like cereal and yogurt, nothing fancy.

Good value for money

Pros: The new management there is awesome and I’d suggest anyone to experience excellent hospitality, kudos to jee from main desk who was available 24/7 with a smile. Amazing customer service :)

Cons: Room and property may use a little upgrade.
