Pros: Close to mall, eats and, casino. Nice hot tub. Clean facility. Friendly staff.

Cons: Breakfast left much to be desired and waffle machine was not working.

Good location, but the hotel is old and poorly soundproofed, which affected my stay.

Pros: I particularly appreciated the hotel’s location, which was ideal for getting around easily and accessing Kamloops’ main points of interest.

Cons: I did not appreciate that the room was only accessible through an interior hallway. Had I been informed of this beforehand, I would not have booked this hotel. I had specifically requested three times a room with direct exterior access. In addition, the hotel is very old and poorly soundproofed. I could hear a guest snoring in the room next to mine, another person singing on the other side, a dog barking outside, and the floor creaking from the room above. Breakfast was decent, but the service could be improved. The staff member was slow to refill the food, even though it was not a busy period.

Pros: My husband I are disabled.. They were so helpful to us. The breakfast is on the second floor. The staff told us they would bring the food down to our room if we could not do the stairs. 24 hour coffee in the check in area. Very clean. Hot tub was so clean and fresh.. This will be our new place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Super 8.

Pros: The room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate with a pleasant view out the window of trees and grass. The building was attractive and well cared for.

Cons: The plug in the bathroom sink let water out at a fast rate.
