A decent hotel on the edge of town

Pros: Location was on the edge of town ; easy access to routes out. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy.

Cons: Limited restaurants to walk to but there were a couple at the casino complex.

Good overnight stop on the way through, easy to access, decent food options nearby. Staff were great

Pros: Breakfast was acceptable, decent coffee and a reasonable selection of things

Cons: Location was a little noisy, but reasonable. No big negatives.

Comfortable and convenient

Pros: Large comfortable room, good gym. Pleasant experience with staff at both the check in desk and at breakfast. Location is great, right on the highway, great to break up a road trip. Overall a good experience.

Pros: Clean facilities. Friendly staff. Warm breakfast with good selection of items. Good shower. Pool and hot tub a bonus (although we did not use it). Late check-in a bonus. Easy free parking. Conveniently located for quick in/out near highway.

Cons: Air conditioner was extremely noisy and interrupted our sleep. Internet was free but a little slow.

We were only there for a few hours as we didn’t get there till 11pm, but the room was very modern..

Pros: The location was fabulous, right next to the highway so very easy access.. I would have liked to have seen more fruit, as in a fruit salad, to go with yoghurt and muesli..

Pros: Although the hotel was a little more run down than expected - the staff more than made up for it! We had been evacuated from Kelowna and everyone was so amazing and understanding about the situation. kudos to the amazing staff!!!!

Fun, happy, enjoyable place to rest your head in Kamloops!

Pros: My son loved the pool and the room. My husband and son loved the breakfast. I love the Pizza Now Restaurant that delivered delicious food to us so we didn’t have to go out again after a long drive!

Cons: Nothing. Everything and everyone was lovely.

Clean and comfortable hotel with a great complimentary breakfast and awesome staff!

Pros: The breakfast was an unexpected treat. Very good! Coffee hot and tasty. The woman working had two cheese omelettes made for us. She was so helpful, cheerful and friendly. Our stay was great!

Cons: We have no complaints.
