Pros: The front desk staff were attentive and provided excellent service. The environment and location were outstanding.

Love Osoyoos! We came for a 3 day wine \

Pros: Location was good, breakfast provided decent selections, easy access to all facilities in hotel. Will stay again.

Cons: We stayed 3 days but the first day was the only time we were provided the total room service. the second day the cleaning staff didn't even bother coming into our room, the third day the room was almost totally serviced but I wasn't totally satisfied with the cleaning. Apparently, one has to specify servicing the room for staying more than one night. The hotel did commiserate and because of this we will stay again in the future.

Excellent accomodation with everything you need

Pros: Right next door to Rattlesnake Canyon which was handy! Great to have the full size kitchen and fridge. Separate air conditioners in both sections of the room. Very clean. Very comfortable beds. Nice swimming pool area and great included breakfast with lots of options

Cons: The shower curtain (or something) wasn't doing it's job, and water pooled on the bathroom floor every time we showered no matter how careful we were.

Stay in Osoyoos

Pros: Clean facilities, spacious room, pleasant staff, decent breakfast and easy parking

Cons: Plastic plates in breakfast bar and wooden cutlery (not good grip). More waste for the environment. Go back to stainless steel and crockery please
