Looking forward to coming again!

Pros: We needed a pet friendly, 2 bedroom suite where we could visit with family members in the area and have them in to visit with us. Our rooms/suite was PERFECT for us and the staff were so helpful and friendly. We loved our 3 night stay and look forward to returning. The kitchen had all we needed and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It was wonderful to be able to have my pet with me as she was also a big part of removing travel anxiety for my elderly parents who came with me.

Cons: We were in a suite at the farthest end of the hotel from the lobby. Our parking by the far elevator was closer to our room however it meant that once parked it was awkward to walk all the way back to the lobby for a luggage trolley (my folks are in mid 80's) and walk it back to the car (had to leave my folks alone by the car) load it, deliver to the room and then deliver the trolley back to the lobby and walk all the way back again to the far end to our suite. It would have been nicer to have a trolley pick up and drop off at the far end of the parking garage so there wasn't so much going back and forth. When it came time to leave it meant a trip to the lobby to pick up the trolley, walk it back to the room, load it and take it down to the garage to load our car, leave my folks alone again while I delivered the trolley back to the lobby and then walk back again to the far end where we were parked in P1. On the upside I got closer to my 10,000 steps LOL.

Pros: Great location. Clean and comfortable room. On-site parking.

Cons: Quality of food at the restaurant was OK but not great, although the service was good.

Pros: Very comfortable luxurious suite. Beautiful patio to start the day with a coffee overlooking the lake, or finishing the day sipping a glass of wine

Pros: The pool was excellent, lots of chairs and space for people to spread out. Hotel restaurant had amazing food. Rooms were a good size with a decent kitchen that had everything you'd need to cook meals. Bathroom was a bit small but tub was big and spacious. Location was amazing, having access to a pool on the beach was unbeatable. Walking distance to any store or restaurant, close to wineries, etc.

Cons: Bed was a bit firm for me and our room was on the main street which was quite loud, no shade or umbrella to sit outside with the heat, would upgrade to a lake view room next time. One member of restaurant staff was a bit rude at the breakfast service but food was very good very time we went.

Pros: The location, access to the beach. We liked the dog friendliness

Cons: Having to leave.

Lovely hotel

Pros: The waterfront position is fantastic and to have the swimming pool was great. Secure parking included. Everything was lovely.

Cons: It’s very long and not very well signposted where things are. Very confusing, unless you are here for several days. Spent a very long time wandering round looking for an ice machine, nothing marked on elevator as to which floor. No guest directory in the room with any info as to what you find where and what you need to do.

Met expectations. Will return in the shoulder season.

Pros: Pool was great for kids. Right on the water is a bonus. The restaurant was fabulous and most important, the staff were great. Nice and clean.

Cons: The parking in the parade was a bit tight. Some of the furniture in the room was a bit worn

Pricey but worth the stay!!

Pros: Everything about this place was great. The location to downtown, lake and walking trails was excellent; you couldn't find anything better. And the views were amazing. Prior to arrival I had read about the 'noise' around the pool. Well we did hear the noise and it was great!! It was so nice to see kids outside, playing and having fun (vs inside glued to gaming consoles, etc)!! There were some adults listening to their music but it was tastfully quiet.

A perfect place for a family holiday

Pros: A town house right on the lake edge but right in the town. A good size pool with a fun slide. Plenty of towels available at the pool. Very pleasant pool staff. Just a great place gir young children. Very easy

Cons: Reception staff not the friendliest

Very enjoyable break

Pros: lovely spacious deck with views of pool and lake, very quiet rooms

Cons: nothing we would have changed
