Best Hotel in Penticton

Pros: Immaculately clean with nice smelling shampoo/body wash, handsoap and lotion. The beds were super comfortable and the room was spacious with a good size balcony. The property is gated and so is the rear parking lot which adds an extra layer of security and peace of mind.

Cons: There was no microwave.

Don't hesitate, just book!!!!

Pros: This Hotel is a little gem! The room was beautifully updated, the beds were like sleeping in a cloud with the most amazing pillows and blankets! The cleanliness was far superior to any hotel I've ever stayed in! Every single staff member we talked to our dealt with was extremely friendly and kind! We will DEFINITELY be back and will spread the word as well!!!

Pros: The huge bath tub, comfy bed and pillows, how spotless the room was, the new wellness centre.

Cons: The room doesn't come with a microwave

Stunning hotel with great facilities

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the spa facilities were a real treat. We also dined in the restaurant on a couple of occasions and it was great.

Pros: Love the resort feel to the place. Rooms are spacious, clean, updated, and very comfortable. Everyone we interacted with was fantastic.

Pros: The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the kitchen items we requested and allowed early check-in so that we could get the room ready as a surprise. We rented bikes from the establishment which was conveniently located on site.

Cons: There were so many children staying at the hotel, as adults we couldn't enjoy the pool and wellness center amenities (cold plunge, hot tub, sauna), as so many children were using them. It would be great if there was an adult only section or separate pool for young children.

the facilities were great and we appreciated gthe bike storage

Pros: Liked most everything about the room/facilities etc, had an issue with the A/C in the room one night, I should have said something

Cons: I needed to adjust the dates and especially from the smoke in the area, so I cancelled the first booking (prior to the cut off date) and rebooked for one less day and the prices are overpriced was higher, which doesn’t make sense! I would have cancelled all together but we need bike storage. Shame on you folks!
