over all I enjoyed our stay, I would stay there again, friendly staff

Pros: My family was pleased with the free hot breakfast, your typical free breakfast. The beds were comfortable, rooms are nice, up to date.

Cons: The room was not cleaned during our stay, no garbage taken out, no beds made. for a family of 5, extra towels would've been nice, next time I will ask for some and ask for our room to be cleaned. The parking area is small, you would be lucky to get one on front of hotel.

Pros: Everything was wonderful, beautiful interior, clean and comfortable room, hearty breakfast. But the only downside was that I couldn't find a room with accessibility for people with disabilities.

Amazing stay at the Hyatt Prince George

Pros: The location was amazing, the breakfast was great, the kids enjoyed a swim in the pool, I think out of all the hotels I've ever stayed at the beds were the most comfortable. Very nice amenities

Cons: The only complaint is my teen daughter slept on the couch bed and didn't have enough blankets so she was cold all night. I didn't find out until the morning or I would have called down for extra bedding. A suggestion is when you know there are extra people and the couch bed will be utilized, leave an extra blanket in the room

Pros: Free breakfast and the breakfast itself was amazing. Fruits, coffees, etc. And the staff always so friendly and helpful

Cons: We didnt get our room cleaned...but maybe because we had a dog?

We enjoyed a quiet nights stay in this well appointed room

Pros: Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices for everyone to eat what they prefer with great protein options like bacon eggs 2 ways cheese and yogurt. Location was close to the venue we attended only meters away

Cons: Beds were soft which I enjoyed but my dh prefers a mattress with more support

Pros: This was really an excellent choice, it was good on any scale, one of our finest stays on booking.com and I have been on here awhile. I hope it stays like this, amazing staff, amazing. Food was exceptional, thanks.

Good hotel for a night stopover

Pros: Comfortable city hotel in the centre of town. Limited restaurants nearby. Breakfast included in tariff, but no GF available.

Cons: No GF food available. Shame as difficult for my wife who is coeliac. Should be easy to stock GF cereal and frozen bread

Great location to the train station for a comfortable night’s rest

Pros: A good location to access restaurants and walk from the train station to overnight before onward travel to Jasper or Prince Rupert. Complimentary breakfast was a great bonus! The hotel was very clean but is dog friendly and the scent was present in the corridor and room although as I am allergic to dogs I am more sensitive and my oxygen levels were decreased that night. Be aware that there is a population of homeless people in downtown although they did not cause us any problems and generally ignored us. This is not a fault of the hotel but may be a concern for young children.
