Courtyard by Marriott Prince George

Great customer service

Pros: It was super easy and fair to book online thru the app, which i was happy about but it was when I arrived to the hotel that was the best experience because everything was super easy to check in. Pearl the concierge was very helpful in checking in and explained everything to accommodate my stay. She made feel extremely welcome and was very helpful. I couldn't be happier. The stay was the most relaxing stay I've had in Prince George in a long time. Keep up the awesome work and a great positive observation on Pearls customer service.

Ladies birthday night sleepover, perfect spot to hit up shogun, Winstons, white spot for breakfast.

Pros: The pool was clean and empty, lovely to have all to ourselves. The rooms were comfortable and inviting. Close walk to restaurants and lounges.

Cons: Hot tub could be hotter, with stronger jets. That's all

Delighted and impressed!

Pros: Obviously the hotel is relatively new, so it should be good - but not all new properties are! This Courtyard by Marriott has been very well designed - especislly the uber-stylish and practical rooms. Small details like plenty of wall hooks, ideally located, are an example of thoughtful room design. The quality of all furnishings is a delight for someone like me who always moans about shoddy workmanship and poor quality.

Cons: Nothing at all.

Pros: Great location one of those places you do not expect much, and surprises you for the good. Clean rooms, spacious bathroom and bright light in rooms.

Cons: Area in downtown Prince George is like most of Canadian cities since the liberals have legalized drugs.

Pros: Easy & fast check-in, Secure U/G parking, fabulous room, great housekeeping services. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub also.

Cons: No bathmat for the shower, handrail not in a spot if I needed it it would be useful, the design of shower not up to what I expected, tub small & low, disappointed especially with the room so good, seems to have been a after thought

Pros: The room and the beddings were clean and smelled good, that also meant safety for health.

Pros: It is a very central location close to businesses and downtown. Tim Hortons is a half a block away. It has secure underground parking and good security. The bed was very comfortable and there are lots of different lighting options. Very good size bathroom with a large walk in shower (no tub)

Cons: The room with a king size bed seemed tight to the wall on one side. The couch is curved and we didn't find it very comfortable for watching TV.
