Sandman Signature Vancouver Airport Hotel & Resort

Pros: Parts of the hotel need some updates in the decorations.

Cons: No room service late at night.

I'll be back.

Pros: Check in, checkout, food, cleanliness, service, all good.

Cons: No problems.

Pros: The concierge Alfredo was so friendly and helpful. He upgraded our room to the 20th floor. It was a wonderful stay. They also provided a shuttle to the airport which was very helpful.

Excellent hotel, which needs a little bit of attention

Pros: Excellent location, very friendly staff at the reception who really think to ensure parking is properly facilitated and registered after the parking lot has turned to paid parking for guests not staying in the hotel. Excellent bar and restaurant (Chob) in the hotel, which is kid friendly and offers children's menus.

Cons: Noise from the airplanes could be heard in the rooms, which could keep you up at night. Windows on second floor could open floor to ceiling, but there was improper safety measures for little kids. Windows had not child proof locks to prevent them from opening these windows / doors. Some public facilities (i.e. ceiling in the pool area) could do with a proper cleaning.

Excellent location for a short stay when needing to be near the airport. Shuttle bus was super easy.

Pros: Convenient location, close to the airport. Great having Denny’s and Chop on site.

Cons: Freshly painted bathroom door kept sticking.

very pleasant way to end our vacation

Pros: the employee who greeted us and signed us in, was polite, friendly and seemed genuinely interested and hope that our stay would be good....his name was Alfredo, and i sincerely hope he will be commended for his A+ service. We felt truly welcomed.

Very good stay

Pros: Staff were super friendly. Onsite restaurant was delicious. Presentation was clean and tidy. Easy access. Shuttle bus to aurpirt was very handy.

Perfect for a Vancouver airport stop over

Pros: Easy Shuttle to and from the airport. Two restaurants on site. The Chop Room was really good for an evening meal and Denny's was good for breakfast. The pool with slide was great for the kids, and overall a great layover Hotel very close to the airport.

Pros: Very friendly staff, room was clean, beds were comfy. Pool was fun.

Cons: The lack of supervision on the waterslide was unsafe. There was a herd of bigger kids that were running, crowding the slide and pushing our kids out of the way. We had to leave.

Had a great time for the short time we were there.

Pros: The design of the hotel is unique and fun to walk around in. The indoor pool, water slide, outdoor pool and tennis courts are great for families and fitness enthusiasts.

Cons: The air conditioning was a little too strong for the person sleeping next to it so we had to put a chair with a towel to devert the air upwards.
