Really good, standard hotel

Pros: Clean, friendly and helpful staff, comfy bed, good pillows, good tv. Really impressed with this hotel, I'll be staying every time have company training in Richmond. Location is only okay, but it's Richmond, what do you expect? Shout out to Kevin, front desk manager for his help figuring out my invoice

Cons: Nothing, it's a really good hotel.

Pros: Shuttle service to and from the airport. Hired a cab instead of the shuttle to the airport.

Cons: Numerous bulbs burned out. Q tips in the garbage can and they weren't ours. Hair on the floor in the bathroom. Room smelled of stinky feet.

Excellent hotel for our 1 night stopover between flights.

Pros: The hotel was in great proximity to the airport. The shuttle service was excellent and free.

Cons: The room was smaller than I anticipated. It feel the room was overpriced.

Excellent stay. Staff very polite and helpful.

Pros: Shuttle very helpful. Early morning flight. Hotel gave voucher for taxi, as shuttle not available at early hour. Not expecting that. Very grateful.

Cons: Nothing. Very satisfied.

Pros: Convenient for the airport although we had a little trouble finding the hotel. Good pub next door. Secure parking.

A very nice place to stay in transit

Pros: Stayed twice overnight during recent holiday. Really friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room. Pub on premises was excellent - good food, variety and reasonable prices.

Extremely comfortable pre- flight stay.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious, well appointed and comfortable. Bathroom was pristine. Perfect for a rest over before an early morning flight. I didn't use the restaurant, so can't comment on that.
