I'll be back!

Pros: Breakfast was good - lots of selection and seating, staff were very helpful, room was really clean and well appointed

Cons: hockey kids screaming and roughhousing in the pool with no parents around

Very good hotel, clean and new. Definitely will be back again.

Pros: The room was very clean and well equipped. Breakfast was good. Walmart, restaurants located very close by. Overall a very good experience.

Cons: The volume on the TV was very low. Even at the highest setting you could barely hear anything. I think it was deliberately reduced but serves no purpose if you can't watch TV.

Pros: A spacious room and an amazing daily breakfast buffet!

Cons: We stayed for two nights. On the first night, we found bed bugs in the linen. My wife couldn’t sleep at all, and the next morning her left eye was red and swollen. The staff responded immediately and replaced everything once we reported it, which we appreciated. On the second night, around 10 p.m., about 10 young boys were loudly chatting in the jacuzzi for over an hour. They kept jumping into the large swimming pool, returning to the warm pool, or standing around talking loudly, and refused to leave. Many guests witnessed this. We could only join the warm pool for the last 15 minutes, from 10:30 p.m., and finally they left at 10:50 p.m., giving us just 10 minutes of quiet to enjoy the pool. Overall, we were a bit disappointed by these experiences, despite the staff’s prompt response to the first issue.

Great stay in West Kelowna

Pros: Great location for West Kelowna, easy to get taxi to vineyards. Very friendly staff who let us check in early - super helpful. Good well stocked kitchen and free laundry facilities. Free parking.

Cons: Great breakfast but ran out of coffee!
