Pros: The bed was one of the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept on. The hotel must've been recently renovated, because everything was exceptionally clean throughout it.

Cons: It was sub-zero outside, overnight, when we stayed there, and we turned the heat off and opened the patio door a foot wide and it was still way too hot in the room all night long.

Pros: I was here because a loved one was in the hospital. The hotel made sure I knew about the medical rate, and they were so accommodating when I had to leave earlier than anticipated. I'd recommend this as my first choice for anyone traveling to Kelowna

The best staff, bed and location - BOOK! ⭐️

Pros: We were immediately greeted by the kindest staff. I forgot the ladies name but she was a diamond. She also spoke to my bf and I as I left. She also upgraded our room on 2nd july. Hope that’s enough info, she deserves so much praise. 5 star service even without the upgrade. Honestly we booked this as we were going through to Banff. We made a HUGE mistake. Not staying longer. It was the best hotel in terms of value for money, the best bed and great tv selection. We only had one night and explored downtown. Kelowna is so beautiful. We’ve been to Vancouver, Victoria, Banff and Jasper. All stunning but this one really grabbed me. I could see myself living here. Book for more nights, you won’t regret it.

Pros: Friendly efficient staff who made our stay really good. The room was comfortable, clean with enough space. Bathroom was dated but had all that was needed. Hotel is in easy reach of downtown with a vehicle. Our meal was tasty and fresh.

Cons: Not the hotels fault but it rained throughout our stay and a grey building seemed very bleak.
