Pros: Good location easy access. Comfortable bed. Good room space. In room jacuzzi was nice! Staff were kind and polite. Breakfast was awesome especially with hot foods available! Yummy!

Cons: Few spots missed on cleaning outside of tub, fridge had someone's medication inside. Shower wasn't very warm even on full hot. There is a lot of noise coming through the door, you hear everything in the hallway.

Cons: Location on the highway out for town is rather bleak.

Pros: Everything was clean and working. The AC was easy to control and the bed comfortable. We forgot a wallet and the call us immediately which we really appreciate. We had a good experiencia 🙋‍♀️

Clean and accessible with friendly staff that made our overnight stay peaceful.

Pros: Friendly helpful staff, clean public areas and room was very comfortable. Disappointing the pool was not working. Breakfast was good, nice selection of items and the breakfast room was clean and it was easy to access the various foods and drinks.

Cons: Pool was not open.

All in all it was a good stay beds were comfortable and it was quiet .

Pros: Didn’t have the breakfast BUT the coffee in the lobby was AWESOME!!

Cons: We were travelling with our grandson and booked only because there was a pool on site and after we arrived to find out the pool was closed!! It looked lovely full of clear water no maintenance sign just closed. NOT HAPPY about that !

I had the best sleep at this facility. I felt rested, refreshed and we enjoyed the breakfast

Pros: The location of the hotel was close enough to Williams Lake yet far enough for quiet. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and ideal design on the first floor with access to outside and seating area was great.

Cons: I quite enjoyed this hotel.
