Very handy to town and facilities.

Pros: Very comfortable two bedroom suite. Good location with access to food store and restaurants - easy walking distance to stampede grounds. Good for a longer stay. Well equipped.

Pros: The staff were excellent, very friendly, kind and understanding.

Cons: I am used to sleeping on memory foam, so the bed was a little springy, but I slept alright nonetheless.

Pros: The hotel is in a good location. The friendly staff work hard to maintain an older hotel, which will be undergoing renovation soon. We had a dog friendly room which was clean and comfortable. The pool was crystal clear. The hallway carpet needs more vacuuming. As is common in the north, this hotel is used a lot by temporary construction workers and this gets reflected in the wear and tear of a hotel. I will definitely stay again.

It made my stay in Williams Lake very enjoyable.

Pros: The room was quite spacious, very clean, the amenities were perfect, and the stay was very quiet. And Daryna and Tracy were consummate customer service professionals.

Cons: I honestly cannot think of anything.
