Pros: Staff were very friendly and it had a lovely feel to the place!

Pros: The open facilities to include the kitchen and a common room which were very inviting. The staff was exceptional and always looking after our needs. The location is perfect. Close to the city center and other amenities.

Cons: The parking in the back was really tight but if you understand the way the building was built, this is expected.

Pros: It's a super quiet place, all the staff were very friendly from the moment I booked, even by email or phone they were very attentive always looking for a solution to my requests since we checked in late, but everything was great, we would definitely return.

Pros: I loved the atmosphere. The options for using the kitchen were lovely, the place was clean and quiet.

Pros: Coming from a different country we were unsure. They made sure that their communication was good from the day we have booked until the day we left. They helped us a lot with information. We would definitely recommend them and we would definitely stay therw again.

Cozy stay with the friendliest staff

Pros: Lovely cozy inn right at the bottom end of town. Comfortable rooms, the kitchen was equipped with everything you need and the common areas were spacious and welcoming. Staff were so friendly and willing to help with whatever you needed! Will absolutely be back next time I’m in Banff

Pros: The bed was a little soft for our liking. Bathtub was fabulous. A little bit pricey but I guess that's Banff for ya
