Fancy Family Suite with Parking near UBC

Very clean and comfortable.

Pros: Very clean. Superbly stocked. Very comfortable. Very safe neighbourhood. We caught the bus, which was a short walk (5 min), to all the local attractions. The buses were very frequent and it took approx 35-40 minutes downtown. We arrived at 10 am and the owner stored our bags for us😁 Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great stay in Vancouver

Pros: We stayed here for the first 3 days of our holiday to BC. It's located in a quiet tree lined street and has free on street parking. We also used the local buses into Vancouver and it was an easy enough walk to the nearest bus stop. The suite itself is sparkling clean, beautifully decorated and very modern. It was also a bit bigger than we were expecting. We only had one little issue which was sorted very quickly by the owners. We would happily stay here again if we ever returned to Vancouver.

Comfortable stay in a well equipped sparkling clean apartment not far from downtown Vancouver

Pros: The apartment was well equipped and spotless and it was obvious the owner - Louis, was proud of this. Communication was excellent. Although Louis lived upstairs he was very respectful of our privacy. The property was approximately 8 kms from downtown Vancouver but this was not a problem for us as we had a car. Street car parking was easy.

Cons: The ironing board was very small and a challenge to use. Be careful of the screen door. It was quite transparent and I walked through it. Louis attended to this immediately.

Pros: Everything was great! Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful week-long+ stay/ beautiful neighborhood

Pros: Wonderful one bedroom, bright basement apartment. Fantastic location, close to UBC, Jericho beach, and steps from Pacific Spirit Regional Park. Easy access to bus routes, local restaurants, and stores. Beautiful neighborhood, tree lined street. Free parking a huge plus. Great facilities including full kitchen, dishwasher, and washer + dryer. Very responsive, friendly host.

Cons: Everything was great, although adding a tea towel, vegetable peeler, small saucepan, and small pairing knife (to cut up fruit) would be of benefit to the kitchen, as would a plug in order to use the bathtub. There is also very limited space to store your clothes (no chest of drawers), however, there is a cupboard with some hangers and some small bedside tables. I did find the bed/ mattress and pillows a bit firm, but others may find this a benefit.

Pros: Brilliant, well kept apartment in a lovely leafy suburb

Quiet, exceptionally clean, comfortable and in a lovely suite in a lovely area.

Pros: The suite was very quiet. We heard nothing from the suite above. We are seniors and assistance was provided to assist us to get in and out of the suite. We really appreciated that consideration.

Cons: Unable to get news channels on the tv, not a big issue. The bathroom needed a couple of facecloths and a second hand towel. The kitchen needs a dish drying cloth.

Pros: Big and clean apartment in a quiet and nice neighborhood. The host is really helpful and responds quickly to messages. The kitchen is well equipped. There are buses nearby to take you to the waterfront (about 45min).

Perfect, all I could hope for.

Pros: Very nice apartment, very clean. Dishwasher, laundry machine, oven, dishes, etc. All the necessary appliances were present for a nice stay. Very fair price.

Cons: Its location is not the best if traveling by public transit. Buses are frequent and convenient, so it's not a big issue.
