The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, and I appreciated the breakfast and parking.

Pros: I liked the breakfast. I liked the location. The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. I liked that there was free parking and that it was patrolled by a security guard because Edmonton has a lot of homeless, especially downtown, and I had a valuable musical instrument in the vehicle overnight. The location was close enough to downtown to not be a long drive, but far enough away to feel safe.

Cons: I wished there was honey for my tea instead of sugar, but that's minor. One of the pillows on my bed smelled a bit sweaty or musty, but I just used one of the others, so again that was minor.

Pros: Breakfast was ok. The front end staff was super..very polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will return next time we are in Edmonton. The location works very well for us as well.

Pros: The hot breakfast was so good! Room is perfect and clean

Cons: Because I was traveling for the weekend and I bring food with me the mini fridge was a micro mini fridge so was too small for my needs... if it had been a normal mini fridge it would have been absolutely 💯 perfect

Pros: Clean and good food both with breakfast and smitys

Cons: Front desk accidentally checked us out early. room services came into our room while I was in the shower, and my husband was still in bed. Then phoned us and woke him come up again and didn't offer any kind of compensation for their intrusion. The parking lot needs repairs badly. To much broken and uneven concrete/ asphalt it's a lawsuit waiting for a happening.

We were very comfortable here for an overnight stay.

Pros: The location was good for us. The room was super clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was very quiet, which was important to us.

Cons: Breakfast ended at 10 even though it was Saturday morning. It would have been nice if we had until 10:30 or 11. The bathroom door in our room stuck shut. Since we were only there overnight, we just didn't close the door all the way and advised front desk in the morning. I did not get a receipt on check out and I thought it would be emailed to me, but I did not receive it by email either, which I found a little surprising.
