Beautiful hotel with lovely views and friendly staff

Pros: Lovely rooms with gorgeous views of the beach and very friendly staff. The pool and hot tub were great.

Cons: The pillows were too big and the door to the balcony didn't lock. Walls were thin as we could hear our neighbours.

Pet friendly hotel and staff were amazing

Pros: It's a pet friendly hotel so that's a bonus on its self. The rooms were clean and tidy they provide a dog bed, dog bowls, dog treats, There was also a fridge and TV with sports channels The staff were all really nice and welcoming too

Cons: There are only 2 small draw backs. 1 the outside balcony light stay on all night and couldn't find a switch we asked at the front desk and the maintenance guy said they are all on a dusk till dawn sensor and just to remove the bulb. I just wish they would fit a light unit with a switch as they seemd to stay on during the day also. 2. There is no official walking path to the hotel. You have to walk via the entrance road to get in and out. There is a grassy patch with a fence and gate for access between paradise island(crazy Golf) But it would be nice to have an official pathway to follow with signs.

Best value and amenities for ocean view accommodations with easy beach access & great dining on site

Pros: Clean & bright spacious rooms, comfy beds, balcony & seating to enjoy ocean views, Nespresso coffee, bathrobes, extra blanket and 2 luggage racks...all very well thought out details to make our stay very comfortable. Featuring local artists' artwork throughout the hotel. The restaurant offered lots of healthy and delicious options featuring a variety of local sustainable seafood and getting seating at a window table to take in the magnificent panoramic view of the ocean and sea life activity.

Cons: Not being able to reserve a window table at the restaurant. That the indoor pool was being renovated, but look forward to visiting again in 2026 and being able to take advantage of this amenity.

Second time we 've stayed there and I would definetly stay there again.

Pros: Love the location. The restaurant is excellent, great food and good service plus a beautiful ocean view. The air conditioning in the room keeps it cool and silent, great for sleeping.

Pros: Our room over looked the ocean which was beautiful. Nice clean rooms, good facilities with a nice outdoor pool. Could walk down onto the beach from the gardens which was lovely. Restaurant was nice. Would definitely recommend.

Pros: Very nice hotel, front desk very nice, good amnetities.

Cons: Unfornately i stayed on the other side facing the parking lot. If you book online i would believe in comments suggest oceanview. Or book through the hotel itself not an app
