Good all around!

Pros: Location couldn't be better. Its affordable. Great staff.

Cons: The beds are needing an update soon. But they aren't bad. We slept through the night no problem. But if the beds went from a 6 to a 10?! That would be amazing.

Pros: The staff were very friendly. I used the hot tup and the area was neat and clean.

Cons: Unfortunately the pool was down for maintenance. That's not a major issue as these things need to be done.

Pros: The front desk staff understands service excellence, at least the lady working there the say we checked in Jan 2 daytime. The highway and firehall are nearby, but then Whitespot restaurant is next

It was a welcoming, comfortable environment and excellent value for the money.

Pros: The room was very comfortable.Tgere was even a little note from housekeeping. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome

Cons: The TV was fuzzy but that really wasn't a huge concern for me.

Pros: The staff here is the best, so warm and friendly. Location across from Orchard Park mall very convenient. The linens are always fresh and clean, bed and pillows comfy.

Pros: Ground floor unit we asked for was clean and quiet. Future stay for sure. Breakfast bar was adequate for seniors. Seniors rate for the room was appreciated.

Cons: Room was fine for our needs. Close to services required.

Pros: There was no elevator in the hotel, but the manager was very nice to help me with my luggage. Very close to the mall and bus stop. Free breakfast was another bonus.
