Recreation Inn and Suites Kelowna

Pros: Customer service sense of urgency and cleanliness of the rooms.

Pros: I bit dated but very clean and comfortable. Great staff.

Cons: Outside looks old and run down. The carpet can be vacuumed better in edges and corners.

Pros: Very helpful & welcoming staff, & the room was very clean & comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a real bonus, with bread, bagels, cereal, eggs, waffles available, along with juice, tea & coffee. There was also laundry facilities to use which was very helpful & very reasonable to use. Great location next to the bus stop, and close to shops & restaurants. I was very impressed with The Recreation Inn, particularly as it was by far the most reasonably priced stay. I would definitely book here again & recommend it to others. Great value

Pool not open for 2025

Pros: A very comfortable and spacious room. We did book a family room for two people as the cost was very competitive. There were restaurant options within walking distance.

Cons: We booked for the swimming pool and sun beds for the last day of our vacation but swimming g pool closed for maintenance and no sun beds available despite confirming the pool would be in operation for our stay! The pool still features ion booking agency sites despite little chance of the pool being operational this year. 2025.

Would highly recommend. We only stayed one night and breakfast was included

Pros: Greeted warmly at front counter. We had concerns re parking and these were addressed promptly. Room was cool when we entered. Bonus. Breakfast was well stocked and fresh. Thank you.

Pros: A very spacious room. Nice furnishings and bed linen. Good breakfast. Helpful staff.

Cons: The swimming pool was closed despite confirmations it would be open by August. Also I notice a photo of the pool is still prominent on booking websites despite the fact it is unlikely to be fixed this season. If you specifically want an outside pool this is not the property for you.
