Pros: The staff, the ambience, the room,the parking, the restaurant

Cons: The towels could have been softer and fluffier. They felt like rigid sandpaper

Pros: Location was great and the room was very comfortable

Cons: My room overlooked a roof and there were 2 men right outside my window. I simply pulled down the blinds but hearing them was a bit off-putting.

It was perfect for what I needed

Pros: The staff we extremely kind and helpful. The room was spacious and cleaned regularly. When we had some minor issues, help was sent immediately.

Cons: The gym is a joke, rather not have one than something so pitiful

Great stop over

Pros: Big beds, clean room. Great bathroom, relaxed atmosphere. Not too far from the centre of calgary and free parking

Cons: Building site opposite at the moment but not their fault. The pool area is too small and too busy for my liking personally, but gtrat place for a stopover as not much in calgary itself

Really nice, however not the luxury we were expecting for the price

Pros: The location was fantastic and the look of the hotel is great. We had a few issues however, this was rectified super quickly. The guys behind the bar is great and the pool was a lovely touch.

Cons: Sadly we had an issue with our first room, however we mentioned this was rectified and I am very thankful. Sadly, we had an issue when it came to communication within the hotel regarding an anniversary surprise. This did not arrive, so I cancelled, for it to arrive after we had cancelled (then was too late and the surprise had been spoilt) For me then to be billed for it after I had cancelled it. Over all, messy communication was frustrating which made me distrust the rest of our stay when it came to sorting other items and by the time of check out, I felt tired having to bring up any other issues.
