Pros: My husband stayed at this hotel during a business trip, and everything was excellent and very comfortable. The beds were exceptionally soft, which made his stay especially restful after long workdays. The hotel had a calm, welcoming atmosphere and was very convenient overall. If he travels to Brooks again for business, he will definitely book this same hotel again without any doubt.

Loved how comfortable the beds were!

Pros: The room was nicely renovated. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and smelled wonderful.the room was overall clean

Cons: The bathroom could of been cleaner around the baseboards. A quick wipe with a rag could easily grab the dust and hair. They hadn't been wiped in quite some time. Other then that it was great.

Comfortable clean room well suited for a one night stay

Pros: The room was really nice, comfortable, bright and modern. The beds were comfortable and the room was a decent size. Check in was straight forward and the location was really central to walk to food and shops

Cons: Free tea and coffee were available in the lobby 24/7 instead of a kettle and coffee maker in the room.

Anything and a bit more you can expect from a Motel.

Pros: Extreme good value for money. The rooms are large, clean and have all the facilities to spend the night. Very quiet at night. We spend 2 nights as a family of 4. Lots of restaurants and shops at walking distance. Great service at front desk to provide rooms next to each other.

Pros: Room far exceeded expectations for the price. Modern decor, large space, very clean and friendly desk staff.

Cons: Only complaint is that housekeeping was knocking on the door before 10:00 am. Check out is at 11:00 and my friend was still sleeping.
