SureStay Hotel by Best Western Bassano

Pros: Spacious and clean room. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Cons: One housekeeper knocked on our door at 10 am saying that I had a perfume smell coming out of my room. Yes, mam, you did. The sink is right beside the back entrance.( Door was closed). I was spraying hair spray! Well, your smell is bothering me. Im sorry, I felt so bad for her! As a housekeeper myself, I couldn't understand why she felt the need to do that, she didnt clean our room. All we asked for was towels. Nope, she wouldn't even give us towels.. I went to the front desk later that day and got towels, and asked if this was a scent free hotel, to which I was told no!. The young lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing Thank you, Bassano, for our comfortable stay! We appreciate you!

Pros: What a great find! Super clean, well appointed and spacious room. Just off the highway but quiet. Excellent value for the price of the room. Included breakfast. Would recommend and will definitely stay again when driving through.

Cons: Our bathroom floors, toilet and tub had hair all over them. Not just a little hair…I ended up cleaning it all but in hindsight should’ve asked for a different room. The carpets also appeared dirty with some sort of confetti visible so obviously not vacuumed

Short but sweet. Breakfast was included which always helps when you have kids to feed.

Pros: Room was clean and had lots of space. There was a bar fridge, counter and sink plus a table for dining at. The AC worked well and the hotel was really quiet.

Cons: The pillows were way too big.

Our accommodation was superior to what was used to be in Bassano.

Pros: The breakfast was okay. Just like our previous night’s stay, not the selection one would have in larger centres.

Cons: While we had a better selection than the day before, the selection of food had been well picked over. I guess that’s the downside of having an excellent sleep.
