Pros: This hotel is exactly what we wanted a place to lay our head, soft and hard pillows, a nice bed, a bonus kitchenette, an air conditioner, a view of our car, all the things you need TV, tub, shower etc., nice staff and owners. We were within a 15-minute drive to anywhere and walking distance to food of your choice. There were no street people on our walks. Quiet area.

Cons: We couldn't stay longer :( we had things to do, other places to be.

A cozy night on the hill

Pros: The Jacuzzi suite overlooked Kamloops and we had a lovely view of the town. The Jacuzzi was clean and functioned well, a welcome treat after many hours of driving! The rooms was tidy and well cleaned, and the coffee on offer was just fine.

Comfortable and reasonably priced

Pros: Close to the main highway, beds were very comfortable and wifi was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was great and it has all the basic appliances.

Cons: It could use a renovation. It's a little run down looking inside and out. Not a deal breaker just don't expect luxury.

I was comfortable, and it fulfilled my need and then some.

Pros: Room was nice and spacious, had been recently upgraded. Was very clean.

Cons: Bathroom fan was very loud and high pitched, probably needs replacing as it didn't look like it had been upgraded.

Pros: I love the staff, IDK what your name is on front desk during dayshift but you got the greatest smile I ever scene

Cons: Minor stuff, it's a older property in need of a renovation. That is to be expected on a property so old

comfortable bed covenient location

Pros: the bed was comfortable and the room was a nice space i just think the jaquzzi could have been bigger the tv was good

Cons: getting the room cleaned would have been better and no new towels where put up and the room was not cleaned for my 2nd night there so poor cleaning service. and Jaquzzi was to small

Pros: Room was comfortable and quiet. Beds were good and large. Motel was close to many of the places we needed to go to.

Pros: i really enjoyed the view and the jaquzzi for sure it was amazing the bed was comfy and i felt safe

Cons: i didnt like how it had no hair dryer the electric fireplace did not work towels where not replaced with new ones no new face clothes the coffee was not replaced i had no coffee the 2 day
