Pros: The motel staff was very accommodating even though we didn't arrive until 3:30 am due to an airline delay. They allowed us to stay an extra hour. The room was clean, updated, a comfortable bed, a pleasant stay.

Pros: The best customer service!!! They were both so friendly and helpful! It was awesome actually talking to someone when I booked too !!! Great for a small family as well as there is a bit of a dividing wall between beds .

Pros: Practical location. A short drive to parksville beach. Beds were comfortable and clean. We loved parking right in front of the room for easy loading and unloading. Staff were super pleasant.

Pros: Host was very nice, all smiles right from the start. She gave us tips of where to see events in the area. Also gave us tips which room to book next time to better accomodate our family. The place was clean and organized. Washeoom was clean. Coffee maker, fridge and TV in the room. Lots of towels if you need. Beds were comfortable.

Pros: It was a very impressive stay at this motel. It is only several minutes walk to the ocean. The room was spacious and clean. The hosts, Mike and Diane were incredibly friendly and hospitable. They kindly lent us their BBQ oven and propane at no cost, and we had a perfect seafood BBQ experience. Will be back.
