Was good, definitely would stay again.

Pros: The bathroom was fantastic. Was really nice to see an updated clean bathroom.

Cons: The entrance off the main was a little tight and awkward.

Pros: Late night check-in. Ady was awesome! They are committed to customers. I'd definitely recommend this place. It's one of the only places that has the ability to allow you to check in after staff has left in the Namaio area. I'd go here first every time! Lots of amenities in this area. I highly recommend this place ✨️✨️

Pros: The lady was exceptionally helpful with helping me book my stay and very nice the place was probably one of the cleanest and nicest places in Nanaimo

Comfortable and reasonably priced

Pros: updated rooms, comfortable mattress but squeaky bedframe.

Cons: Self check in with door pin number, we did not see any staff at the hotel. Some instructions in the email on how to do the locks would be helpful. It's a black screen, we just tapped everywhere till it turned on lol

Honestly, it was an exceptional experience, and the staff named Ruth was great.

Pros: I like the design of the hotel, it was kinda generation upgrade sytle, safey was their priority.

Cons: I guess when some other guest wakes up early, you can hear the sounds every time they unlock their doors

Pros: The suite was very comfortable, the décor and dressing was very nice,

Cons: The sound insulation on the door to the suite was quite poor. Being located on the highway, you get a lot of road noise coming in, it sounded like the door was cracked open even when closed and locked.

Comfortable, clean room. Worth for money.

Pros: Comfortable, clean room with eye for detail such as towels nicely folded. Great location if you need to take the Ferry.

Cons: We chose the location for the small kitchenette; which was there. However, there were pans but no stove? Therefore, in the end we used our camping gas stove in the garden. Furthermore all great.

Great stay had a good sleep.

Pros: Close to the BC Ferry terminal in Nanaimo Very clean and comfortable with 2 QS beds. Excellent shower and aircon. Able to get checkin details for after hours arrival.

Cons: Would be better to provide some plates, bowls and cutlery so we can eat breakfast or dinner that we have purchased.

Good value for money - recommended

Pros: The room is smaller but enough for a travel stay. Big refrigerator. With all the facilities. Newer renovation.

Cons: Instructions on digital access to room are misleading. Steps should be accurately clarified. Hairdryer holder is broken
