Good value and location
Pros: Great location, easy to get to and nice and quiet. I like that you can park right in front of your room. We also appreciated the early check in time. I found the room pretty comfy in would stay again if l'm ever in the area. Staff was very friendly.
Cons: Things like the light switch covers were all covered in dirty handprints, not the dirtiest motel room, I've stayed in, but it could certainly use a deep cleaning. The paint is a little shabby in places, but they were doing some painting while we were there, so I think they're working at it. Although the A/C unit worked fine, it just was a little undersized for the size of the room and we stayed during some particularly hot weather, so it was a little warmer than we would have liked in the room.

Clean and comfortable.
Pros: The staff is awsome. Let Mike know if you have any questions or issues, he will do anything he can to help.
Cons: The road can be a bit noisy due to traffic but it's not a deal breaker.

Pros: The host was very friendly and helpful. The motel was close to lots of amenities, and it was a great place to relax after a long day of driving. There was even space to park a U-Haul truck. I would definitely stay here again.
Cons: They were pretty strict about not allowing pets, so make sure you're not traveling with one before you book. The pet policy isn't clear on Booking.com, but the confirmation email you get after you book states that it's a no pets place.

This stay was a basic overnight stay before continuing a trip. A bed and a shower, basically.
Pros: No breakfast was included with my room, so I can't rate that. Room rate was reasonable for shoulder season and I got what I paid for.
Cons: Hot water seemed slow to arrive at the tap, just after check-in. It was better in a while.

Good value for the money if you need accommodation in Quesnel.
Pros: The location was great and close to our jobsite. The accommodation was not a Ritz but was a good value fir the money. The owner seems to continuously renovate. He also has chairs and tables as well as barbeques in front of the units. We did not have a carpet flooring like people mentioned before but lino planks. It is close to the highway but most of the hotels in Quesnel are. We actually had a really good sleep.
