It was fine, comfy, clean.. I thought the front desk staff could have been a little more friendly

Pros: No Breakfast at this location, several coffee places very near by. Wifi is NOT included at this property, an extra $10.00/day. This wasn't clear (to me!). I commented to the front desk, gave me a VIP pass but didn't seem happy about it. quiet location even in the center of many buildings, convenient to downtown and West End. may restaurants near by The one-bedroom suite was very nice, very clean, comfy bed and a nice little gas fireplace. it was the right size for one adult, 2 as a couple but a bit small for a a group or 3 or 4. lots of windows, very bright!

Cons: As noted, Wifi was an extra fee. The images of a pool are nice, however the pool is actually located in another (hotel) building across the street. did not use as I didn't want to be going to another building to use the pool.
